Village of Edgar
The Village of Edgar worked with Cooper Engineering on a WWTF upgrade, which converted the existing RBC process to activated sludge and biological phosphorous removal. The project also included lift station replacement and sanitary sewer replacement in four locations and an addition of a heated storage building.
