STH 70, Sawyer County
Cooper provided construction contract administration, inspection, and finals completion for the structure replacement project. The project consisted of replacing existing culverts with a single span concrete girder bridge. Other work completed included guardrail, rip rap, vegetation restoration, HMA pavement, and pavement markings.
USH 53, Washburn County
Cooper provided construction contract administration, inspection, and finals completion for the pavement replacement project. The project was a 5.7-mile concrete pavement replacement that included structure rehabilitation work on the Yellow River Bridges, the USH 63 bridges, and the STH 70 overpass.
