Highlighted Projects
Eau Claire Lakes Bridge
Cooper Engineering previously designed the rehabilitation of the Middle Eau Claire Lake Lock & Dam in 2015. For the bridge replacement project, we evaluated several different alternatives and selected the one that provided the least impact to the existing dam while still providing a safe bridge for all users (motorists and pedestrians). We completed structure and roadway plans, agency coordination, and PS&E for submittal to Wisconsin Department of Transportation for their management of biding and construction of the improvements.
