Aaron serves as vice president and engineering services manager at Cooper Engineering. Aaron oversees production and administrative efforts of all projects and is responsible for balancing staffing and workload of those projects. He also manages project delivery coordination and tracking project budgets.

A longtime employee of Cooper Engineering, Aaron, was hired in 2003 after spending four years designing at firms in Minnesota and Iowa.  He is a registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University. Aaron was appointed to Cooper Engineering’s board of directors in April 2024 and elected Vice President in 2025.

Aaron has significant experience in municipal and transportation engineering. His responsibilities include highway design, municipal street and utility improvements, industrial, commercial, and institutional site development.  Aaron is well-versed in the standard requirements of the State of Wisconsin’s funding programs.

In his free time, Aaron enjoys travelling with his family, enjoying summers on the lake, golfing, hunting, playing hockey, and the many other outdoor activities that northern Wisconsin has to offer.
