6Four Accord and Reindeer Hill
The owners of 6Four Accord and Reindeer Hill wanted to create an Agritourism experience with reindeer. Cooper Engineering not only worked through the site basics of parking, pedestrian safety, drainage, and ADA routes, but also incorporated several fun and unusual amenities the owners wanted as part of the experience. Cooper Engineering’s work included topographic and utility survey, wetland delineation, construction plans, and DNR stormwater permitting.
