STH 70, Sawyer Co.
Cooper provided construction contract administration, inspection, and finals completion for the rehabilitation improvement project. The project consisted of replacing existing culverts with a single span concrete girder bridge. Other work completed included guardrail, rip rap, vegetation restoration, HMA pavement restoration, and pavement markings.
