DOVE HEALTHCARE

Dove Healthcare's project involved civil and site design for a 46-room rehabilitation and assisted living facility overlooking USH 53 at STH 48. Our team managed access, slope constraints, and utility relocations, while retrofitting the regional stormwater facility for enhanced functionality.

AMERY BOAT LANDING

The City of Amery upgraded the North Twin Lake boat landing to improve access and parking. Cooper Engineering designed better maneuverability, a redesigned launch, handicap accessibility, and a rain garden for stormwater management. The project was completed in 2018.
